    Medial Gastrocnemius

I'm starting the 3rd week of my cycle: Sust250@500mg Weekly(10wks), Dbol @40mg ED (6wks), [email protected] EOD. I've been shooting mostly quads and glutes with my 1st delt shot yesterday. My left calf has grown about 3/4" in circumference, but when I try to massage or just touch it the pain is incredible (almost unbearable). The pain feels like that of a pinched nerve. Its only on the medial gastrocnemius. Does anybody have any ideas of why it is hurting or suggestions besides heat?

This would be somethin to get checked out by your doctor. I cant think of any reason AAS related that would cause only one of your gastroc's to be paining you. Seek medical attention.

Alright, I'll look into scheduling an appt. I also think it might be due to overkill workout routine.

Well that is what I would have assumed if BOTH were bothering you. Or possibly pumps or a number of things. But honestly its not worth taking a chance. If it is sore to that touch as you say it doesnt sound like something milkd, especially if it is just in one leg.

Hard to asses problems via the internet. Doc S would be the best person to talk to. He mods the injury forum, I suggest making a post in that forum.
