    Over KILL

    My Cycle:

    Sust250@500mg Weekly (10wks)
Dbol @40mg ED (6wks) (inj. twice after/before both workouts)
    [email protected] EOD
    Clomid for PCT

    My Stats:
    24 y/o
    180lbs
    6'
    <10% BF

    My Workout Outline:

    Mon-Fri
    8-9am hard, fast conditioning
    9-10am hard, fast paced lifting

    7-10pm hard, slow paced lifting

    Sat-Sun
    Rest Days

My Diet (Not set in stone):

    6:30am- Protein Shake
    7:30am- Piece of Fruit
    10:15am- Protein Shake
12:15pm- Breakfast Burrito (chorizo, bacon, bean, potato, cheese, hot sauce) *Snack for the day* or 5-8 eggs
2:00pm-Turkey Sandwich (2 pieces wheat bread, 4-5 turkey slices)/ or Chicken Breast and 1 cup of Brown Rice
4:00pm- Protein Shake, A couple scoops of peanut butter
    6:45pm-Protein Bar
    7:00pm-Workout
10:15pm- Meat (Turkey, Chicken, Steak, Hamburger), Protein Shake

Considering I'm doing 1hr of conditioning and 4hrs of lifting which I know is way over kill for a bulking cycle, do I need to boost up my calorie/carb intake? If so, what type of food should I eat, more complex carbs? Please critique my diet.

give the macros and breakdown of your meals as well...come up with a diet that you plan to devote yourself to unfailingly..as opposed to saying that you might not adhere to it completely..if you won't respect your own diet routine, why should we value it by giving our advice?

    not meaning to be harsh,

What im saying by "not set in stone" is that instead of eating a breakfast burrito i might eat the 5-8eggs, or instead of the turkey sandwich i might eat chicken and brown rice instead. I don't break it with junk crap/junk food or soft drinks.

    hey hippie,

don't get riled up bro, some of the older veterans of the board have been around giving advice long enough that it entitles them to scoff at some posts every now and then, especially when they have made a sticky specifiying exactly HOW to write a diet post that gets replies (stats, breakdowns, macros)....

just take some time, read some threads on dieting, create a diet program and post it with all the requisite information so all of us can help you fine-tune...remember, we're here to help..and its FREE

    cheers

look at the caps for feedback

My Diet (Not set in stone):

    6:30am- Protein Shake
WHAT ARE THE MACROS HERE? IS THIS A ZERO/LOW CARB SHAKE? IF YOUR BULKING I WOULD ADD MAYBE A CUP OF OATS HERE

    7:30am- Piece of Fruit
    UNNECESSARY, SUGAR ALONE HERE

    10:15am- Protein Shake
AGAIN, LOOK TO 1ST SHAKE - CAN ADD CARBS OR HEALTHY FATS HERE

12:15pm- Breakfast Burrito (chorizo, bacon, bean, potato, cheese, hot PRETTY CRAPPY SNACK. MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO SOMETHING CLEANER TO BULK WITH *Snack for the day* or 5-8 eggs

2:00pm-Turkey Sandwich (2 pieces wheat bread, 4-5 turkey slices)/ or Chicken Breast and 1 cup of Brown Rice
GO WITH THE CHICKEN AND BROWN RICE

4:00pm- Protein Shake, A couple scoops of peanut butter
    OK

    6:45pm-Protein Bar
    WASTE OF CALORIES

    7:00pm-Workout
    WHERE'S THE POST WORKOUT SHAKE?

10:15pm- Meat (Turkey, Chicken, Steak, Hamburger), Protein Shake
    WHERES THE CARBS
theres no vegetables and too many shakes. also, whats the calorie and macro breakdown overall? needs alot of work in my opinion.

having a few protein shakes is fine...food is better. protein bars are ground up cow hooves that they count as protein and are loaded with sugar. move one of the protein shakes after working out

See the thing is I work out from 7-10 pm then drink my shake at 10:15. I will have the caloric/macro breakdown ASAP to further help. I will also definately add some more complex carbs in there (oats, potatoes, etc..). BTW I am not trying to be rude to anybody but bashing me won't help anything except potentially hurt my cycle bc my diet needs work. Thanks alot for the input. REALLY appreciate the help. Breakdown will be here ASAP.

your body doesnt recognize what time of day it is. if you need to fulfill your nutritional needs that late at night it is ok, your body needs the calories at that time.
