    Winny tab question????????????

    Should they be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal??? Does it make any difference????????????

    In my opinion it doesnt really matter, I take mine with a light snack just to coat my stomoch. Like any pill its not good on the stomoch lining to take on a empty stomoch. But if you experience no acid reflux or hearburn, more power to you. As far as the results go, I take with food and I see results.

    I take mine first thing empty stomach. Makes no diff IMO

    you could run into stomache issues if taken on an empty stomach as i and some others i know do.....every one is different mate try both.
