    yea i seen it on week two my body responeded to it fast. my vascularity is looking good.my appet. is really up.

    Lol I'm glad there is a fun tone on this forum. Anyway, I would say the average is week 7-10 for noticiable results; however, like hardgainer said, you will probably see an increase in appetite with in the first few weeks. The vascularity is also noticable early depending on your bf%.

    Agreed... I'm on my 8th week, and start to see a vienses are pumpin out of my bi's while I'm curling.

    for me it was about 3-4 weeks for vascularity but took about 6-7 weeks for some noticeable size gains
