    how do u take such a high concentrated pill??? do u break in half, quarter, or what?? its 200mcg by the way... also, whats the recommended dosage for clen ?

    i recently just got superclen as well 200 mcg... i jsut break it in half and take it in the am...i feel it all the way till i go to bed..
