Question about amps

hey i just started my third cycle ive done cycles of test cyp and mastabol before and i only used the vials to draw it out, first time using an amp for my sust 250 cycle, and i have a question when i cracked open the amp there was liquid in the top part and the bottom, now is that just because it didnt settle to the bottom, or is it supposed to be like that ? sounds stupid but i just wanted to know, thanks

I alway's try to let the oil settle to the bottom before I break the top off

Some time you have to kind of work the amp back and fourth but you should be able to get it all down there

I always shake the amp down like a thermometer to get all the oil into the bottom.
