Cycle question for athlete
First off i am a professional surfer...not the most likely cantidate for AAS!! After ACL surgery i needed to get my leg back to working order fast so i did a test-e/deca cycle. 5 months after surgery i felt great strong and was back in the water at 85%. After pct, i slowly started to loose strength. I have been off for 4 months now. I want to do another cycle now and get my leg back to full strenghth once and for all. Oddly enough, this has all been encouraged by my PT. My question is what would be a good cycle to do now??
I like the joint pro's that come with deca. But i want it to kick in ASAP. Should i go with deca/prop?? This is what i have on hand:

test-cyp
sustanon
anavar

Hey Jeff, as a surfer myself I have to advise againsed Winstrol , It's very harsh on the joints and the last thing you want is to be in pain when paddling out to a set...I've been there, Big mistake. Deca , test, and var is a good choice for a cycle for you. I have been through two shoulder surgeries and have recovered 100% with the help of The above mentioned compounds. Here's what my cycle looked like, hope it helps
Week 1-8...Deca@400mg/week
Week 3-10... Test Prop@100mg every other day
Week 4-9....Var@ 40mg every day
And of course, nolvadex for PCT and Clen for 4 weeks on, two off and 4 weeks again to help stay lean while keeping my cals up during PCT

get a new physical therapist.Thats BS. You dont need gear to recover from ACL repalcement. I had it done in January. therapy, exercise,cycling, weight training,stretching & time will heal the ACL PROPERLY. did you have cadaver ACL or patella tendon...there are also threads on this in the injury forum..

Thanks for the info guys. To getnjakked, I am a pro surfer and needed to speed this whole process up as much as possible without reinjuring myself. I know i could have recovered on my own. everyone recovers from these things different. i took a hard hit to my quads and hammies. Some people dont loose much size to atrophy...i did. Partly because i got a staph infection inside the joint that needed to be opened and cleaned 2 months after the surgery. I decided to take the risk of juice after that to help with the muscle rebuilding...i thank god i had a PT that was open minded enough to study gear and its benifits on injuries. It worked great.

I hear you barkin bro...all of us want to get that edge-whatever we do..Just train legs like a MO-FO in every possible way to get that quad back to strength..I'm sure you know it wont be 100% for a while..

Surfing man thats cool the one thing I never did that i know I would love to do. Good luck on recovery lots of advice already.

Yup, thanks for the info guys! I know its a long road to recovery with these things. The hard part is telling the adrenaline gland in your brain to chill the fu@k out so you can REhab and not REinjure!!! I just wanna charge again!

you could do somethign like this
1-10 deca 400mg
1-4 Npp 400mg
1-12 test e
1-4 prop
just a suggestion.. get a boost that you are looking for in the beginning while waiting for deca

also look into HGH thats the only way to heal perminantly deca is only while on cycle that goes away

i also wouldn't agree to taking winny...many people on this site have complained about joint (especially knee) pain while on winny. i think the problem with it is that while on winny, the production of collagen fibers for your ligaments and tendons is reduced and thus your joints become more vulnerable to injury. i believe that this is also true while on testosterone . there was a good post on the site about this, but i couldn't seem to find it for you. you may want to get other's opinions on this as well because i'm not positive about the aforementioned.
