    2nd Cycle...Looking for advice

    I am 22 years old, 5 years experience with weight training. I am knowledgeable about my nutrition and what works for me. I train 4-5 days a week, my stats are as follows: 6 foot 205lbs.

    One year ago I used OV Metavet (Dianabol )...I took 4 pills a day for 8 weeks, great strength gains, but no weight gains, almost leads me to believe the stuff was fake except I saw it advertised on the QV Metavet website. Anyways, I recently bought some Dianabol and some Deca which I was going to stack together. I was planning on taking 4 pills of Dianabol again each day, but I'm not sure how much Deca I should take. I would like to put on about 15-20 pounds. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    more research bro...deca and dbol alone sucks...get some test instead of the deca and run something like this:

    Weeks1-4: D-bol @ 30mgs per day
    Weeks1-12: Test @ 500mgs per week

    good cycle. you could even add some deca in there, or winny too.

    for my first cycle I did
    wk1-4: d-bol at 30mg/day
    wk1-12: test blend at 500mg/wk
    wk1-12: deca at 600mg/wk

    deca gives great size gains but also bloat. The cycle worked out great for me. I hope this helps. Gluck.
