winny/prop for bulking?
Hey guys... I'm just curious... I plan on doing a cycle to put on lean mass.. with minimal bloat... if the scale weight moves 5 - 10lbs, and I look tighter I'll be happy... therefore I'll be following something like this for diet... please Keep in mind.. I'm 168.2lbs (this morning)... and trying to add LEAN mass...

I planned on doing prop/winny... and using a 5 x 5 style of training... I've been using a Day1, Day2, Day3, off then repeat type training for the last 12 or so weeks.. and look pretty decent... I figure I'll do the 5 x 5 on M/W/F, and do 30 minutes of Cardio Tues/Thursday...
Thoughts??? Comments? I figure it should do the trick... I have the compounds already... and have my PCT planned out doing
3000iu HCG a week after my last winny shot... with nolva and all that... I'm only running the cycle for 6 weeks too... I wanna see what I can do with a short cycle...

That's a terrible bulking cycle.
If you only want to gain 5-10 lbs, then you don't need steroids to accomplish this.
I can gain 10 lbs naturally in 1 week if I really wanted (although I would not move the scale very far , very fast after that first week).
What is your cycle, lifting and diet history?

yes prop and winny arent used for bulking. i understand you want lean gains, but slight bloat isnt a bad thing and can be resolved with letro. read the steroid profiles, there are many better compounds to bulk than these 2

I don't think you got enough carbs in your meal plan there buddy to really "bulk" up.

I have always thought you can gain like 2lbs of lean muscle per month naturally until you hit your genetic limit. Maybe I am wrong.

This shit is really starting to piss me off, if someone wants to gain 5-10 lean pounds who the hell are we to say 'oh you can do it natty'. It's hard as hell to gain 10 lbs of pure muscle and will take months at least, especially if you've been lifting for a while.
For your 5-10 lb gain the cycle looks good.

I never said 10 lbs of muscle in 1 week. I said 10 lbs on the scale in 1 week and yes it can be done. And i'm also referring to 1 week, at the beginning of a bulking cycle, not 10lbs every week for 12 weeks.
I just did it a few months ago at the beginning of my bulking cycle.
I did it by eating consistently every 2 hours up to 9 meals a day alongside a bulking workout routine.
My first week I put on 10lbs naturally and this happened when I thought I was fairly maxed out.

For the goals your#ve outlined. I'd go for:
wk 1-8 Test Prop 75mg/ED
wk 1-8 Tbol 60mg/ED.
This is very similar to my next cycle.

Thanks for the replies guys...
if I wanted to gain 10lbs on the scale... which is NOT what I said... then I'd just do a 4 week dbol cycle... re-read what I wrote... I said 10 LEAN lbs... meaning muscle... not water, and sodium... if you are telling me you can gain 10lbs of solid muscle in a week, I'll eat my hat... lol
I've been training a while.. and have never frequented this particular board... My goals aren't to be a massive beast... I intended to cut... as I'm around 14 - 15 % BF... so I figured if I could cut, but gain a little muscle in the process... it'd be ok...
The diet I've outlined is 40/40/20... I figured that would be decent for lean gains... and should get me to my goal... I'm eating roughly 18% my bodyweight in calories...
Test is test... and prop to my understanding doesn't cause a lot of bloat.. I realize as well that I could get some ldex/adex AIFM, or even cypadex or some kind of dex... but I'm just wanting to try this without having to use those compounds...
It is also my understanding that diet is key for bulking or cutting... so the winny I think should give me a harder look while I do it up..
We'll see...
Also.. any recommendations for the diet... other then it sucks would be great...

You should always use AI for you cycle. Do you wanna risk gyno even if your not gyno prone during your cycle? I think not.

I think your gains depend on your diet, prop and winny are fine I heard of a guy gaining 20 pounds of these 2 compounds, its all about the diet. I would run the test prop eod at like 100mg, and winny every day at 50mg.

Ok guy so you weigh 168 measily pounds?????please state you age..training and cycle experience???....10 pounds of muscle in a cycle is difficult for the experienced BB let alone someone not on the same level.
