One Sided Gyno?

Second week on 25mg/day D-bol. I feel a little bump under my right nipple, mot sure if I am psyching myself out or if it is a legitimate concern. I have letro on hand. I am running the D-bol with 500mg/wk test E. It isn't sensitive, but I don't want it to get there. Should I start the litro (at what dose) or should I wait? Thank you for any help.

letro will take awhile for levels to get up. you should have been using it from the beginning. Nolva immediately 20mg ed, and start the letro .5mg and stop the nolva in a few weeks(the nolva drops letro levels a bit or vica versa). Taper off the letro and start on nolva when you do. Yes gyno can be one sided.
