    making goals

    just setting some goals for my test e cycle coming up. Only steroid ive ever ran is superdrol so not really sure what to expect. One is to keep my body fat down during cycle. Kind of a clean bulk. Right now im about 10 but will be cutting to 7 or 8. Just Wondering (ROUGHLY)how much body fat i can expect to tack on doin a clean bulk. I really would like to keep it around 10 or 11 just didnt know if thats realistic. Also always had a goal to bench 400 thinking maybe this cycle will put me there. Right now i weigh about 190 havnt maxed in a little while but the other day i did 3 sets of 275 8x prolly could get ten if i wanted too. So i was thinking my max is somewhere in the range of 350-370??? So is 40 or 50 pounds too much to expect?

    I agree, but it is possible. Outta all the AAS I've done, I've found that tren /test stack has given me the most strength boost. Test e should definately give you some sorta strength increase though.
