Looking for Advice...
first let me introduce myself, I am a new member, just joined actually. Great forum I must say!
Ok now what i am looking for as far as advice goes..
I am 25yrs old, been lifting/dieting on and off for years,very athletic,and into fitness,health,etc.
6'2 175lbs, 10% body fat, pretty lean as u can see. I have cycled Test,and D.bol, about 4yrs ago, at the time i was 185lbs, bf?, and hit 210 in 4 weeks, but most was water, well i went through a divorce, and some other stressful things, now here i am trying get back into the game. i have been lifting and dieting for 8 weeks, now, trying to bulk up,but keep the body fat low.ladies love the abs!well i am looking to cycle again, Test,and Deca . and possibly after coming off,then cycling Win.V so my questions are, diet,and workout,and how much of what and when? also 175 i am now, well 8 weeks ago i was 166, so i have gained. my goal is 200lbs, 5-6% body fat, basically Ryan Reynolds physique( BLADE 3 Trinity) so anyone who can help me out as far as what i should eat,when to eat it, what my workout should be like, and how i should cycle? i have a very,very high metabolism, i can lose weight simply walking around the block,lol, no but seriously.
any and all help is highly appreciated!

You went from 166 to 175 in eight weeks thats pretty good. But at 6'2" you should be able to put a little more on ya naturally before hitting a cycle.

Well, first off WELCOME TO AR
You are asking for a lot of what is already here if you will take the time to read and research as it would take way too long to type out a diet and training regimen for yoiu.
There are great forum here.
The diet forum can give you an idea on how to bulk NATURALLY which is what i think you need to do for a bit longer before doing AAS
the training forum can help you put together a great workout, which I think you need about another year of SOLID, not on and off, Training before using AAS again,
Then you can check back in this forum so you understand about putting cycles together and having Proper PCT for after the cycle.

I realy sugest that you hold off on the aas for a little while and lets get your deit and workout routine in check.

Please get these things in check and try to gain a little more weight natty before doing any aas it will be in your benifet to do so

you can put on 25 lbs with out gear for now
