Split Winny?

I have seen mixed opinions. Because of the short half life of Winny, would it be better to split 25am, 25pm, or no difference. From researching I have found some yes and some no.

YES, due to the short (8-12hr) half life I would split it. I have injectable, and I will be splitting it up twice a day....just call me a pin cushion.....lolol

Yes, i have heard some do that, never tried it though. but like you said above, the only way to truly know is to do the experiment and see what works for each

I split twice per day, about 12 hours apart. I will always do it this way due to the short half life.

this is a waste indeed at least once a day do to the short half life.from exp shooting 2 times a day gets old fast so im going once a day and it is a whole lot easier

But a whole lot easier wont get the max gain out of the compound bro....If its active between 8 and 12 hours...then you know in order to be as effective as possible you have to take twice for it to be in your system.

If you shot in the Am before workout and then dont workout in the PM what kind of gains do you expect? Or are you just looking for constant levels in your blood?
