    Abdominal shots

    Recently I have heard some people talking about shooting AS into the abdcominal region....I was wondering if this is seriously an option...for building up the abs, or if it will just give them a bloated type of look...If so what kind of AS can you shoot in the region...and where exactly would u shoot it

    Ive also heard about "someone" hitting the pin in the ballon knot to. The only ting I inject into my abs is insulin .
