cardio on cycle
i'll be doing d-bol 30 ed weeks 1-5
sust 500 mg week weeks 1-10
I want to gain as little fat as possible. Would it be wise to do 30 minutes of cardio (elliptical) 5 days a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? Would this drasticaly reduce gains as the cardio can be catabolic?
Same question for p.c.t. with nolva, and clomid

What are your stats bro? Are you trying to lose bf now? What are your goals?

on those doses of gear, although somewhat low, I think you'd be fine. Don't let your heart rate get to high. Stay under the anaerobic threshold. Besides I believe everyone should do cardio whether on or off. What's your diet look like?
