Question Does clenbuterol make you sleepy??

    Hi everyone, first post here

My gf bought some clen from AR (really fast delivery btw) and has been trying it for the past three days: 20mcg, 40mcg, 60mcg.

The thing is, it's making her REALLY sleepy ... and from what I've read in the "handbook" in this forum, sleepy doesn't sound normal on clen.

Does anyone have similar experiences? Is this normal, or should she stop the clen??

    Thanks, appreciate any help.

Clenbuterol is a beta 2 sypathomimetic.

Like any other CNS stimulant drug there can be side effects such as the shakes, insomnia, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea, but sleepyness isn't one of them. Pehaps her diet isn't right....not enough carbs...if she is dieting really drastically.

Thanks for the reply mate. Yeah I've read up about clen and feeling sleepy (sleeping the whole day?!) certainly didn't sound right, so I thought I'd come here and find out if anyone's had the same experience.

I will ask her about her diet. She told me she's eating though, cos she needs the energy to go to gym.

Should she up her dose of clen?? That sounds risky.

no, 60 mcg is plenty for a woman. The fatigue is directly related to her diet or training, it has to be. Tell her to do things like cycle her carbs, drink some coffee during the day, etc etc.

Absolutely. Agree with stacked and ebjack.

She is likely overtraining and starving her body of the necessary nutrients needed to sustain such an intense routine.

Even if she didn;t do anything but wake up, take clen , and go to work, her body would be exhausted without carbs.

Putting NOS in your car wont do $hit without gas in the tank.

some meds effect people differently. Just because it is not listed as a side effect by a manufacturer does not mean it is not possible.

Sleepyness in a side effect of Clen in people who Are ADHD. It speeds them up so much it slowes them down. It has the same effect as Riddelin.

This is unrelated but when I drink too much of coffee or energy drinks containing caffiene I get sleepy. Mabey that is the way your friend reacts to clen . Would this be the first time your friend has taken clen?

Energy drinks are full of sugars and caffeine and give you a little boost but then your body crashes once they are burned up and the caffeine effects stop.

I never thought bout the ADHD factor that Lion mentioned. Quite possible.
I didn;t know it was so similar to Aderol or Ritlin.

The skeletal muscle tremors (shakiness) that are associated with clen , certainly could make one feel weak. I know when I take albuterol (a cousin of clenbuterol ) for asthma, I feel weak until it wears off, but not sleepy

I did not know that stimulants could make an ADHD sufferer sleepy. Doing a search on Ritalin, I came up with this.

"A large percentage of children become robotic, lethargic, depressed, or withdrawn on stimulants"

Clen could very well make someone sleepy

Not to be rude, but there are better ways for a female to loose a 2 lbs fat ! (I'm joking, she´s prolly wanna loose 5-8)

Skip this clen shit, either it´s ECY/ECA or she could use nootropic's

    Check out Intelectol and Desmopressin

Nootropics causes better brain activity, better memory etc.. and better mood and often it´s the mood, temper and stress that causes sugar cravings

I get sleepy when on clen or ec stack after I have been on it a while, I think I read somewhere this happens when your body builds up a tolerance to these chemicals.
