quad pain and swell

on wed i shoot into my left quad than an hour later both quads got hard and sore like i worked the hell out of them later they were sore to the touch .they stand that why till Fri afternoon then my right one is ok unless i press hard . the left one is still hard and sore with a little presure.was of Thurs Fri went to work the left still same i work at an industrial laundry walk cement floor 10hrs a day very hot at about 12noon my left knee swelled not hard more like water retain any ideas

That's what happens to some when they shoot into quads. Some people are sensitive to it, others not. If the pain and swelling bother you that much, just inject somewhere else like glutes and delts.

Where it is hard is it a large area or more like a small lump?

almost the size of my fist

How deep did you go? Was everything sterile and did you wipe with an alcohol based sterilising wipe

If its the size of a fist I would say its the oil that hasnt disapated. I would monitor it closely over the next couple of days and if it gets red and very warm seek some medical attention. Hopefully if it is just the oil it will break down over the next few days

well its a very lite bluche rose just a little warmer then the other side

Just put a heating pad on it and try to massage it if it doesn't hurt too bad.
