    To split up clen dosage or not????

    Can some one please tell me if its absolutly important to split up your clen dosage throught the day...ie: twice??? i know some people do and some dont, just wanted to get some thoughts on this

    i split mine up..some say it's not necessary as it has a long half life..but i have taken it all at once before, and it was like a huge rush of sides at one time..i remember eating w friends, and i know they saw my hands shaking like crazy each time i got some food on my fork..works better when i split it up

    I dont see any problem with taking it once a day if you can handle the sides like tony mentioned

    When I use to take clen I tried it both ways and realy could not tell a difference in the end results

    split it up, i took all my dosage for the day at one time and it makes you feel like shit, makes u shake, sweat.

    Go for it if you can handle the sides, but theres no real worry to it. The one thing i might worry about is that it could screw with BP a little causing it to spike up and down through the high dose then nothing. This though is strictly opinionated through research of this stuff. So my opinions can be taken lightly or used as intriguing thoughts of reference. LOL i act soo smart when im really dumb, sorry.

    Splitting mine into 3 daily doses. I do with my T3 as well.

    Doing 3 tablets of each every day (Clen @ 3x40 mcg, T3 @ 3x25 mcg), so kinda perfect for the 3 times/day dosing scheme.

    it is really up to how your body handles it. the half life is long enough to last through the day but some people cannot handle it all at once, as youve read. try it both ways and decide for yourself. you will be good either way.

    IMO its more safer to divide doses.. for many reasons..... especially since the long- term cardiac health with the use of clen (with BB dosages) has some questions floating around in the air... Clear fact is that big doses of clen cause a lot of damage to the cardiac muscle ubt how big these doses have to be on humans?? I sure would like to know, and also the severity of them ..

    I agree 100%. Unless you get no sides from your full dose, I would split it up.
    I've had my food or drink shake uncontrollably in my hands in public and believe me, you'll get some looks. Better to avoid this.

    i always just take it all at once, and i have gotten great results...maybe just me, but i like the feeling of doing it all at once then going for A.M cardio and sweating my bag off...dont think there is a correct answer to this one, and is more user preference...

    Good point big doses would be problematic, fortunately we take mcgs...nothing big about those.

    The consensus is correct.
    Due to the long half-life there is no need to split, however as indicated, many find side effect relief when splitting. Lastly, once you become acclimated to the compound splitting won't matter; hence experienced users tend to take all at once.

    It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach as medically prescribed. Again camps are divided, as some take pre- and others post cardio, for those whose schedules accommodate morning cardio. This is an issue of respiratory effect. As stated in the profile some experience negative or inhibitory resp. effects and take it post-exercise, while others enjoy an Ephedra like increase and do so prior.
