    milk thistle doses

    just wondered how everyone takes there milk thistle i split mine up throughout the day but I was also told you can take them all at once what does everyone else do?

    wheni was on PP i took 400mg in mornin, 400mg b4 bed

    No because cyp and deca aren't 17aa

    I don't even take milk thistle when taking 17aa's because i

    a) dont run 17aa's for more than 4 weeks
    b) dont believe taking a 4 dollar bottle of pills is going to save your liver
