    advice please

    i was told i can run some test first "Just run test cyp or something like that. No need for daily injects. Run an anti e. Try and keep the diet in check. Keep carbs to the min. He should gain muscle and burn more fat due to increased lbm."

    thats what i was told

    im 23
    250
    about 25% body fat but this was with an electronic scale at home im gonna use the callipers at the gym tomorrow

    this is my first cycle
