Well first off im new to the forum and have been reading the required information and im catching on but still learning. Im about to turn 19 in one week and want to start some type of cycle something thats not too harsh. Im thinking a bottle of d-bol and probably whey protein shake. Have four servings of protein a day and two servings of d-bol a day. Whatever opinions anybody has or comments would be great. I heard d-bol was also a bad place to start espcially if your young with growth plates and liver problems.
