    I've got some liquid D thats doesed at 50 mg/ml in a 30 ml net content bottle, my questions are: how much per day and what is the best time to take it?

    40 mg ED for four weeks would be good. How old are you ?

    liquidand pill still the same thing 20-50mg for 3-4 weeks
