day of inject

if i got suggestion to inject aas at every 5 day so i want to know if i injected it on monday night than what should be the 5th day ? is this friday or saturday?

Usually a cycle will say the Third day...or fifth day or whatever. So friday would be your day...not knowing what your taking makes this hard to answer. For test prop for example. They say every third day...which is actually every other day.

example...

Mon. 9 pm i shot
Tues 9 pm end of first day start of second
Wed 9 pm end of second start of third. Time for next shot. Being that its now the third day at 9:01....get it?

If it's test E or Cyp, best bet is to inject a minimum of every 3.5 days ( or on day 1 and day 5). Either way will keep you levels steady.

I usually do M W F injections, but you'll find that
most do long esters on Sunday night and Wednesday mornings. You can do it Monday mornings and Thursday nights. The time of day is actually not extremely important with long esters. It doesn;t really matter if you inject in the am, or pm, but the general spacing in days it what matters.
