    Suggestions for the Best Winny Cycle & Diet

    hey , am starting my Winny Cycle Next week and i was wondering what could be the best Winny cycle for me.

    I weigh 223lb
    age 26
    and i do about 30-45mins a week of cardio.
    I'm trying to break into the 190's

    so why do you think you need winny to break into the 190's, tell me your reasoning?
    Word of advice winny is not a fat burner.

    Well i have heard suggestions that it can help me get leaner. I constantly lose weight , then i hit a period where i stay the same weight. i was wondering if this can help me break the plane again.

    No AAS will help without the proper training and diet geared towards your goal bro....Whether its bulking,cutting.

    OK winny DOESN'T help you get leaner. the only possible thing it could do for you at this stage is to help you not to loose muscle while on a diet to loose fat, your not going to gain any new muscle while on a diet to loose fat. therefore unless your competing I dont see it necessary further more by using winny by itself you would ultimately kill your sex drive without any testosterone in your cycle.
    My suggestion is to do it on a clean diet.

    Clen is not an anabolic , but yes clen will help you, do a little research on it though.

    bump up your cardio & tighten up your diet..no magic pills here. you say 30-45 mins cardio a week?? that should be PER DAY at least if you looking to get leaner..45 a day is what i'm doing on a moderate cut right now on an empty stomach first thing in tha am & it works great.

    yes i heard that cardio is better int he morning...i will be starting that next week. And yes it is 30-45 mins a day
