    Red face Help with cycle

    I am 30yrs old. 5'10 200lbs. high school and college wrestler, currently training to fight MMA.. I want to put on muscle but cut the fat.. ultimately want to be around 190lbs.
    I have:
    Sustanon 250
    Primobolan Depot & Tabs
    Nolvadex
    Clomid
    Clenbuterol

    Can anyone offer me a cycle using the above items??

    I want to gain strength but be cut and ripped....and gain quality muscle.
