    benadryl

    can someone explian when to take benadryl and how much to take whilst taking clen . thanks

    25 mg 30 min before sleep.

    BEFORE sleep, benadryl er dyphenhydramine and you will get drowsy, probably will get you to sleep sooner than ever.

    best way to get "benadryl" active ingredient, well = dyphenhydramine, is to get "simply sleep" by tylenol.

    it´s the same.
