PCT crisis help

a friend of mine did a tren prop cycle and didnt offcycle properly and lost all the gains and he isnt recovered fully, he also said he only took 2 weeks of nolva thats it.... right now i wanna advize him to do a pct perfectly and get a blood test to make sure everythings normal. latley hes been acting very emotional and he lost his gains and he gained some estrogen side effects. please let me know whats the best thing for me to tell him to take for pct and then get blood work. all comments and replies will be appreciated... thanks

I would have him start clomid and nolva regiment. 100mg clomid 20mg nolva for 3 weeks drop doses in half at that time... 50mg clomid 10mg nolva and continue for another week. Have him also bang 100mg of B6 ed during this time. Then have him get tested.

and then I would smack him and tell him not to fukin do it that way again!!! to literally lose all of his gains he had to stop eating, stop training and pretty much do fuk all after the cycle-which is just plain stupid and lazy.

yeah i ordered 4 weeks worth of clomid nolva for him... 20mg nolva, 100mg clomid, and then drop doses half way.... sounds good, also told him to take zma, trib, and cee.
