    Winny Cycle

    Hi everyone. I am about to start a 2nd cycle. I have been off of my cycle for about 5months now. My first cycle consisted of dbol - Deca and Test
    I am looking at a cutting cycle. Someone local has a sh*t load of winny. So my questions are has follow: Will doing just Winny show results or should I stack it. I know stacking yields the best results but just curious. Will I need Nolv (like I used before) and some pct (clomid) again? Also what is the recommended use of Winny, ie; how much daily and for how long. Thank you to all in advance.

    Useless alone in my opinion. U need 50mg winny every day! also add some test prop like 100mg e/o/d! What are u trying to acheive post stats and goals we can help u along better...

    i would use it w test for best results

    i would do at least 50mg winny ED (some say shoot it 2x day)
    i would keep the winny to 6 wks

    and yes you will need proper pct
    what kinds of test can you get?

    I think I only have access to human grade test from the britt disp. The test I used before was QV and well there nomore so I'm out of luck.
    my stats are
    25yrs old
    6ft 1 205lbs
    12.8% body fat.

    I over all want to get bigger but I am having issues with my mid section. I recently started running more and doing more ab work outs, but the bottom of my belly is flabby. Maybe this is due to when I was so heavy and lost so much weight when I was in the service ( i went from 250ish down to 190 in 19wks ). The best way I can describe it is that it looks like a womens belly months after having a baby. I haven't gone to the beach at all this summer b/c I am concious of this. I lost alot of weight in the past yr with my weight lifting. I am on a good diet. Not to strick but pretty good. I also have 3 protein shakes a day consisting of 50mgs each. 1 between breakfast and lunch, 1 30 mins after my workout and 1 before bed. I am thinking about upping the shakes b/c I am noticing that I am starting to get scrawnier so to speak since I started doing cardio. Ultimately what I am trying to say is I want to eventually be big but lean.... I hope this helps. Anyother questions that might help in helping me just ask and I will post the answers.

    Sorry bro sounds like u need the diet forum. Shakes are great but should be used as what they are intended 4 to supplement. U need to have good balanced diet solid meals 5 to 6 times a day w/ the right amount of calories and protien for what u want ur body to do (ie) grow larger Or leaner while mantaing ur current muscle. Shakes make most of us hold alot of extra water i am prone to that. They were designed to get that extra protien in there 4 the day not to supply ur protien u need from food. I would list ur goals and read around the diet forum first see how that goes the consider what u need to do from there. Steriods arent magic u cant use them to melt fat or wake up like the hulk. It just doesnt work u will be discouraged and fall short every time.... Just my 2cc...
