my boy is looking to do his first cycle
30 yrs old 170lbs about 15% bf a couple years ex in the gym of and on
looking to take 250mg sustonon 250 for 10 weeks no pct
eats pretty clean and is very healthy
any suggestions people are telling him stack deca with it im telling no

Think about what you just said... all you need to do is research.. first of all sustanon for first cycle isnt wise.it has to be s hot ed or eod to keep lvls stables to minimize sides... too many esters and your not ready for that.. you have no knowledge about pct... anti e nothing... your lost my friend. a single ester is needed.. such as test cyp or eth... and at 500mg not 250mg IMO ... with no PCT he will lose EVERYTHING he gained... so why do that? without proper pct you will lose your gains as well as can possible hurt yourself extremly bad... my help to you would tell your boy to research before he starts anything.. cuase hes clearly not ready

look bro im not doing this cycle im just posting what he said he wanted to do i was advising him not to do it your right i dont know alot thats why i posted my question if it bothers you that people dont know everything dont respond but really you have no idea what i do know btw thank for the info

Its all good well this is what i suggest.. first research, and know all you can about the gear before you even think about taking it... Next being his first cycle i suggest a single ester as test cyp or eth.. at 500mg a wk diviided into 2 shots... for 12 wks.... take arimidex at .5 a day or eod.... if he choooses to start test cyp start his PCT 18days after his last injection.. if he chooses eth start it 14 days afer his last injection... for PCT he should have Clomid % Nolva... 100mg clomid ed.. and 20mg nolva ed... for 25 to 30 days... depenind on how he feels... but no for a first cycle 2 c ompounds are a big NO.... if you have any futher questions PM me
