Little advice on this cycle

400mg Test En for 12 weeks

PCT:
Day 1 => Nolvadex 60mg
Day 2-11 => Nolvadex 40mg
Day 12-til good => Nolvadex 20mg

How long after last injection should I start PCT? 2 weeks?

i personily would use clomid then u can run the nolva at 20 mg during pct and 10mg ed during cycle.i would also add 1000ui of vitamin e closer to the end of ur pct

My Bad
I have done a cycle before a long time ago, I was ignorant about it and did not have any PCT. Luckly nothing bad happened. Now I want to be a bit more responsible. I am over 30, 6ft and 225. I am soft right now because of an injury that put me out for over a year but the doc gave me the go ahead. I have gotten back on track with my eating.

if i were u and im not i would try to get back into the gym for a bit bro before using any aas.it will benifit u better in the long run.me personaly am not a fan of just nolva for pct

I agree i would hit the gym good for a year or so and try and get back what you lost... then maybe think about using AA"s and your PCT should consist of both clomid and nolva... 100mg of clomid ed and 20mg of nolva ed for 25 to 30 days
