23, 6'0" 205lbs
heres my situation. i have been working out for exactly 1 year now, i was 248lbs and out of shape when i started, threw diet and exercise i dropped down to 205, i have been steady at 205 for about 2 months now. here is my prob. now i want to start gaining strength and size, i would like to put on about 20lbs of muscle in the next year, is this a realistic goal?? and what can I do to achieve it?

20 lbs is very realistic after only a year of lifting. Just get your diet tuned for a clean bulk and train and eat big to get big. No need for AAS. Yet.

Congrats on the weight loss. Also, love the screen name.
This isn't what you want to hear I'm sure, buy you're not ready for aas. You've only been training for 1 year. You can still make tremendous gains without aas. Save steroids for later on down the road when growth stagnates and you have more knowledge and experience under your belt.
Check out the diet and training forum. That's where muscle really starts. Oh, and welcome to AR.
