    First Time User Needs Help

    First I'll tell you a little about myself, and I would like some help on what I should take, and where I should get it from.

    Im 37 Years old, 160 lbs, been working out around 2 years id like to get some size ive always been stuck around this weight and the same size.id like to get around 175 or so in weight. Let me know what you think I should do. Thanks

    I doubt if anyone here is going to suggest you do anything. People will critique a diet or a cycle for you but you must do your homework first. Have a read around the educational threads and stickies then throw up some of your own ideas and people will post there opinions. Also you may want to edit your post as asking for a source is not allowed. Good luck with your research!

    are you sure you are dieting and training correctly? 2 years at 160lbs - something ain't right.

    Yup. With a proper diet, and training ruitine... you should be much bigger. Sounds like it's probably a diet issue.

    I'd read the diet stickies first, specifically the "how to bulk" one.

    How tall you are matters, but at 160lbs a fully grown man (37yrs old) could still make significant gains naturally. Please see above posts for methodology.
