winnie spot injection

I was wondering what you guys think of spot injecting winstrol into the calf... what is your opinion and or experience, does it work?? how many shots are needed to notice a difference...and where would u do it exactly..... i am thinking of doing it myself...

I used to do it all the times my calves got a little bloated but I wasnt impressed with it. I also use to synthol them to for better results

i dont want HUGE results .. im just looking to add a little width...

You should be fine then I just wanted more size than the winny could give me when you inject inject on the outside head and it will give you extra width

sounds good... should i alternate... what about the inner head?

Take the total amount of winnie you need to use that day split it into both calves so since you wanna hit winnie every day split it it two hots per day. you can also hit the inner head to if the outer head gets sore just try to make them a symetrical as possible
