I was what kind of cutting cycle i should use for my first time to help with my current diet and training? This is what i found so far that is recommended, any thoughts would be much appreciated!!

Post-workout shake
Breakfast - 6egg whites, 4 strips bacon, some form of carb, fruit
snack - tuna sandwich, on whole wheat bread
lunch - lean meat, salad, some form of carb
snack - time release protein shake
dinner - lean meat, salad, some form of carb
