    Shot Pain....

I have not had this happen before, but I gave myself a shot in the glute yesterday and this morning I can hardly walk. I feel that I have a knot the size of a tennis ball on my ass. Is there anything I can do, or do I just ride this out?

monitor it to make sure the area does not become hot and red (possible infection). Get someone to massage area may help break down oil and scar tissue. Other than that just ride it out.

    This sucks

All day today, I had to limp around because of this and cant hardly do anything without it pulling or hurting. I now feel like I have the flu, Just kinda weak for the most part and tired. Wish me luck on this.

Be sure to check your temp...

Shaking a bit during a glute
shot could lead to some pain
    the following days,but no flu.

If it doesn't get better in a couple days then I would see a doctor you don't want an infection.
