yes it can help to keep the gains. Have you run clen before?

No it only proved to prevent catabolism in rats... NOT HUMANS.. I made this mistake and lost everything I gained during cycle... Don't make the same one... Clen is for cutting and should be run as a standalone..

Anything conclusively proven in rats is readily transferable to humans, our physiologies are virtually identical. Hence the literally hundreds of daily rat studies, many of which you hear about.
You should look elsewhere for the source of your cycle losses because they weren't Clen related. Not only is Clen too weak to cause such loss (raises core temp barely into double digits), but it's also discriminant unlike Cytomel (aka. T3) which will burn anything (indiscriminately) for fuel.
What was your cycle and PCT?

I had heard both sides of the story before I tried it and found out for myself... My cycle was test enan 500 eq 400 for 12 weeks put on 13 lbs of good mass my pct was the standard clomid/nolva with some rebound xt tapered up for 4 weeks threw in the clen in the middle two weeks of the pct and ended up burning about 10 lbs of what I gained off.. Maybe I just don't retain 220 lbs very well? I ended up right back at 211 with slightly better body composition. So was the cycle a complete waste? No. I just feel that adding something that increases your metabolic rate when on PCT doesn't help you keep the weight that you gained while on cycle..
