Ok, i have natural gyno i hope its just a build up of fat though, because i felt i got this from being fat. It feels fatty but i think there is a small gland behind it, so i hope going into my cutting stage it wont be as visible at all. I just want to no if you get the gland cut out can it come back on again?

The gland that get cut out cant not come back, obviously. But they normally leave a small % of the gland left, or the nipple could get a little tagged in.

If you take lipo as well, you will be "much" less likely to get gyno again.

Its when they suck fat out of specific body parts that need some cosmetic help. lol
