Finished first cycle, started at 135 now 147..What next?
Hello let me start off by saying I'm 18 years old and pretty new to this stuff. I was very skinny weighing 135 being 6'0 tall. I started using Decca every 4-5 days in my butt for the first 3 weeks. Then I started taking it in my shoulders. I've gotten a lot stronger from when I started so I think it's working..and I put on 12 pounds.
Im currently on supertest, but I was wondering what else I should take to get the most amount of weight. I'm trying to bulk myself up asap. I'm taking my next shot of SUPERTEST in the BICEP today, first shot in bicep so I'm looking forward to it!
Just wondering if anybody can give me any advice on what to take next and how often...also a good website to get it on since I don't want to making person to person deals...any help is appreciated. Thanks

Let me start off by saying that you did most of it wrong..........I am near the same age as you and have decided to hold off on the juice till age 20.(This summer). I would be careful as to what you start mixing with deca , as it is highly supressive on the HPTA to begin with. And dude, your diet is in no way right. 6-0 135? Dude, I decided to wait until i got to 178-180 to start. I weighed 145 when I started and am now ar 171 and that was natural. I would consider holding off on anything else until you are more researched......what are you doing for PCT? Take my advice to heart. I am near your age. Natural gains are never going to be easier for you to make than right now. Hell, i put on 30 lbs. almost in just over a year. Take 3 protein shakes a day and stuff down as much good food you can get down your throat in 24 hrs. I promise, food is an anabolic steroid too!

im speechless.
theres so many things i want to say to you ThizzKing. besides breaking board rules, which seems less important right now....first and foremost, your safety. at your weight, and especially your age, you MUST stop your AAS use immediately. maybe someone can offer some PCT help for you to start asap, and then lay off all steroids & prohormones for another 3 years and 40 natural pounds at least!
you are running the risk of tons of complications starting so early and uneducated...take the members advise please

Look you should have done alot more reading before doing any cycle! You threw youself in the deepend and don't even know how to swim! Don't worry about finding a website, all the pm's your going to get will be more than happy to take your money and give you some real good stuff.

dude are you anorexic or bulimic....I started when I was 6'6' 200 and everyone thought that was skin...i can't imagine...get a diet in order first.. 3500+ cals a day for starters

your too young you dont have any kind of diet you need to work out your mind 1st get the knowledge plan it all out gain some weight and get couple years older read the post on this forum there is another child/kid who did this crap too young and is suffering for it .knowledge is power with it you can be huge when the time is right

WELCOME TO AR. If I were you I would start by introducing yourself in the new members forum. Then find everything you can on bulking diets. You need to be eating about 6 times a day, 21 cals per bodypound. Try to get 1.5-2 grams of protein per bodypound a day. Hold off on your next cycle untill you get your diet down! And don't get discouraged by all the flaming. Just read before you ask. You will be amazed at how much info is available on this site. And why a 250lb man would get off by putting down someone our size is beyond. In a way I think it just shows how small they are, just in a different way lol.

now, i don't know what your training experience is, but at your weight and your age, you're one skinny mofo. you didn't need any gear to put on size like that, you just have no idea what's going on around you right now.
if you're that skinny, you are obviously not taking in enough calories, and god only knows how your training and the rest of your routine is like. you need to do your research and put the drugs down. you don't need them now and are looking at potentially shutting your own bodies system down.
your main focus needs to be getting down the basics. at best, you're looking at gear making you out to be just a little below the average person your age, as opposed to seriously underweight. now, if you drop the gear now and focus on nutrition, training, and the basics, THEN consider gear years down the road when you have a good foundation, that will be a much more sensible path to take.
now let me ask you, you looking forward to not being able to get it up by age 25? i ask this cause if you keep taking gear, that's most likely where you'll be headed. though the guys on here may be a bit rude to you, they are truly trying to look out for you. take their advice as many of us have more knowledge than you could possibly imagine right now. some have even been in your shoes and made the same mistakes and don't want to see you do the same. you came to the right place, but now you need to listen.
i can hardly believe you posted "... since none of you can help me...". you just seem to have "tunnel vision" right now, and are only looking for specific answers that suit your desires. if you're not going to take what we're saying here seriously, you're going to find out the hard way we were right and by that time, you'll more likely than not have permanently screwed yourself up.

i know what its like to be eager and 18 buddy.....but therefore i also know what its like to be STUPID, and thats what your gonna be if you dont lay of the sauce for at least a few years....especially deca . I dont wanna be mean, cuz i see myself in everyone who is on this board. We have a core desire for muslce that we all share, i rightious greed for it, so im not gonna flame you.
All im gonna say is this: If you wait, you can get more results with less drugs, and better results from the drugs. I know you feel like you can't grow naturally right now. But now is not the time for drugs. Now is the time to start looking into different training routines, and nutritional perfection. But you may say "Oh, my diet is good and i been workin with a persoanl trainer for 2 years. I know how to train and eat!" Thats exactly what i would have said too at 18. So ill say this... your trainer/trainers dont know EVERYTHING. you should hang around diff forums in the workout sections, scour the net for bodybuilding books on training. Its better when you know the the hows and whys to your training than taking a trainers word for it. You will be able to implement it better into the training routine if YOU know all the ins and outs.
Research diff training protocals.
Also your diet may be good. But play with your macro ratios and see how much you can take in before putting on super excesses of fat and still gain strenght. I have changed and rearanged ratios many times over the years. Now im still making small adjustments, tweaks etc., and my body has never looked sharper than in the past 2 years.

I really appreciate the advice everybody. Dont think I didnt take it to heart. im gonna quit the juice for a while and keep working out..oh and I do want to get it up by age 25....I just dont see how it could be so bad if I only do 3-4 cycles at the age of 18..put on about 30 pounds then quit. I guess I was wrong. ANyways, thx for the advice. I still put on 15 pounds

as far as not seeing how it could be so bad, here are the issues right now... your bodies hormonal levels are going crazy right now. your test levels at your age are already at the levels of what would be considered a mild steroid cycle. now, by taking exogenous hormones (aka steroids), you'll be shutting your own bodies production down. now, until your bodies hormonal levels begin to level off and calm down (around 20-23 for most men), you DO NOT want to mess with them. shutting them down when they're in such an excited state as they are at your age can cause serious hormonal imbalances, which can cause serious psychological disturbances (rare, but it CAN happen) as well as permanent hormonal shutdown.
now, if your body no longer produces test on it's own, without an external source such as a cycle, you will have NO sex drive, will lose all your gains while off cycles, and will be completely dependent on taking steroids for the rest of your life. even one single cycle can cause this, so don't think your idea of "just a few cycles" will be ok. most likely you'll be ok still, but in all honesty, you may have already thrown your bodies own hormonal balance off.
another concern for taking gear at your age is that right now, you're bone structure is still growing. by taking gear now, you can cause your growth plates to prematurely fuse, causing your bone growth to stop prematurely, which can potentially cause serious damage down the road. i had a friend in school who started taking gear at a very young age and know what? as we all hit growth spurts and kept growing up, he didn't. he stayed at 5' though all of high school and never grew another inch. now maybe you're already as tall as you want to be, but stopping that growth prematurely is a very bad idea for other reasons as well.
you need to learn how to take advantage of your own bodies hormones at this point, cause with how lightweight you are, you're obviously lacking in other areas, and gear should not be used to compensate in other areas that are lacking. as i said, you need to get your foundation down first, then you can get back into gear. you can still make amazing gains at your age without gear. when i first started lifting, i was about 15yrs old, and weighed about 135lbs. through reading, learning, and starting out right, i put on 40lbs in about 6 months. now of course most people at school thought i was on gear, but as i've already said, i never touched them until i was 23. however, i was force-feeding myself all the time, even to the point of nausea oftentimes. it worked though, and those gains were permanent, unlike what you'll get from gear. you can do it man, just read, learn, and grow.
i'm glad to see you're taking our feedback to heart cause as i already stated, we really are only trying to help you, even if it may seem like we're being d*cks in the process. it's kind of like slapping a little brother upside the back of his head for doing something stupid.

Thanks for the post it makes a lot of sense. Sticking to the protein shakes...Would it be non-harmful for my body if I started to take creatine even though its all water weight?

You need to run PCT mate or your sex drive is gonna be through the floor and could take months to return,plus you will lose a lot of size as your body will be catabolic from lack of natty test. Click on the top right banner ARR. There I would suggest you buy some liquidex and some tamoxi and run them both until you feel better. I would run them for at least 30 days. check the pct forum for more advice.
