How to take Dbol
i am currently running 20 mg of dbol a day, 6 days a week stacked in my cycle. i have heard that it works best if you take all of it all at once say in the morning with breakfast. but i have also heard that you should split up the dosage throughout the day. what is the best approach?

It's all about personal prefernce. Try 10mg X2 day...or try all 20 before your workout.

I would take the full dose 1.5 hours before training. I chew up the tabs and swallow with grapefruit choose which has been proven to aid absorbtion. Taking the dose at this time ensures max levels during training and into PWO.

10mg split x2...There isn't going to be very much left.
