looking for advice from the experienced !!
Whats up bros! im 21 years old 6 foot 4 and 230 pounds. im at about 15 percent body fat but would like to see that go down. I have been lifting for the past 6 years and have made good gains. im pretty happy with my size but i have a few goals.
would like to drop bodyfat. which i kno is mostly diet. harden up and basicly cut without lossing size and hopefully gain muscle. i am at 230 but would like t end up about 225 cut. dont kno if this is possible
i have been doing resurch for months but cannot decide what would be best. i have winny liquid oral on hand but i kno many dis agree with it alone. thinking about anavar or soething eles that would be on the safe side possible clen and winny? let me kno what u guys think! thanks

5 lbs can be drop naturally u dont need anything but good diet & cardio

ok guys i realize that to get cut im gonna have to loose alot more then 5 or 10 pounds since im at 15% bf . since i want to maintain the size i have now im thinking of doing alot more bulking before i start the cutting in feburary.
since winny is the only thing i can get ahold of im thinking of doing a 5 week high dose bout 100ed while eating my ass off to gain 5 to hopefully 10 pounds of muscle. i kno this is not ideal gear for gaining weight at all but its all i have so i want to use it
the question is can i put on 10 pounds of muscle during a high dose 5 week cyle of winny??

Taking winstrol would help maintain Muscle mass while cutting. So it's not really such a bad idea.....Would make a big difference than cutting natty,+ this guy has alot better starting stats than most on here who are given the ok to cycle...
6 weeks 50mgs/day injectable or 60mgs oral

thanks for your input hell mask. so do u think i should bult naturally and then cut with the winny? or should i try and bulk with the winny and cut naturally? or do both with winny?

For your goals I don't see a problem with running winstrol for 6-8 weeks at 50mgs. FIRST prior to taking anything, you should fix your diet to suit cutting to reach your goal. Have cardio/lifting/& Diet all down before you start. Then I can see your dropping some serious Bodyfat while keeping your already achieved muscle, and maybe even adding a few lbs...who knows.

my diet right now is not good. i eat alot because im trying to get my weight up and am addicted to good food!! i am planning on an 8 week hardcore cuttin diet in feb
here it goes - 3 catagories of food- protien, carbs and free
protien servings-
10 egg whites
lean hanburg patty
chicken breast
turkey breast
whey protien
deli roast beef
cottage cheese
tuna
Carb servings-
cantalope
oatmeal
pasta
bagle
english muffin
bananas
patato
apples
free foods-
green beans
broccoli
water chestnut
zucchini
lettuce
carrots mushrooms
i plan on eating 3 carb servings per day

Meal 2 etc...
Just because u want to get big or addweight does not mean u need to eat your ass of like a slob..
hopefully hell mask can address your cycel. Winny only at 100mged for first cycle is not a good choice..
But re post ur diet

thanks faizakafez ur stomic makes u look like u def kno what your talking about! i have not planned out exact meals but im planning on 5 meals a day
meal 1- protien serving, carb serving
meal 2- protien, carb
workout
meal 3- protien, carb
meal 4- protien, free
meal 5- protien, free
each protien serving should have about 40-50 grams
same with carbs

sorry fez looks like i have some work to do, i didnt think it mattered all that much as long as i was getting the right amount of cals, carbs and protiens.
do u have any samples i could look at?
