    well the way I see it is shes gona do gear no matter what so I think being construcive and giving her the least detrimental compounds and suggestions are the best we can do for her.

    that said, my gf is 5'5" and was 148lbs. athletic, playd basketball and swam her whole life. she sounds heavy but is actually rather long and slender looking. weight very distributedwith muscular thighs and nice calves. she did a low dose var cycle for 8 weeks and got real lean and hard. it is in fact NOT a fat burner but is like winstrol . it gives the ilusion of cuts cause ur so hard nd edged up. she kept a lot of her progress but was also on a tight regimen. I'm a trainer and made a crazy circuit for her. it keeps heart rate at 145 the whole workout so that u don't have to do cardio. makes u throw up sometimes from the rush. if u have any more questions feel free to ask me hun

    Yeah, its hard to down a baked potato and 3 chicken breasts in out little 30 min lunch period. Then its a matter of downing protein shakes in between classes or during prep period! I had a feeling you knew about the cost of HGH, just saying with our limited income there are more important things to be spending our money on. A good diet and hard work in the gym will do much much more than using HGH if youre not pushing yourself to the limit and eating right. The effects of HGH are much overhyped, and really only matter to those that have used AAS for a long time and have begun to achieve little gains from the AAS. One other use would be in older individuals since they produce lower amounts but youre still quite young. I am 36 myself and didnt really find the effects of HGH groundbreaking in any way. If anything, I would advise working out and dieting right for a long while and then consider using the mild AAS that women use. FOr that youll want to consult a knowledgable female. I wouldnt think about doing anything unnatural for a least a year or more really.

    Another thing to be aware of is the side effects of HGH. You can run into blood sugar problems similar to diabetes. I knew a guy that was so sick from taking HGH that he missed a month of work. He was already financially unstable and ended up having to declare bankruptcy. Side effects I felt were: numbness of hands and tingling feeling, ache joints and tendons, and perhaps some of the blood sugar issues where I would feel dead tired all day. Its nothing to fool around with.

    Thanks for the support Caban. Just to clarify "ed" meand every/each day right? LOL Stupid question but all the abbreviations on this board are confusing me..

    My bf just ordered 2 bottles for me, I am doing liquid not pills. So, Im going to have to figure out dosage. (Anyone have any suggestions on dosage??) I am almost the same build as your gf but shorter. I am 5'2 145lbs. I played volleball my whole life until the past few years (I need to get back into that).

    This is my plan now. I ordered clen and anavar . I am going to join the gym again take clen, do cardio and start doing a diet to get myself on track. Then I am going to start the anavar after my diet and training are in order. And I need to make an appointment with my doctor to get my thyroid checked just to make sure there is no problem there.

    I am very determined right now and becoming extrememly motivated with the help of you guys (the guys that are actually helping me instead of just calling me lazy). Since I am dropping a decent amount of money too that is a way to make me stick to this instead of giving up when not seeing fast results.

    Im glad to hear that you decided against HGH. Make sure that you talk to some women to find out a proper dosage on the anavar. With the clen, make sure you increase your dosage slowly the first 3 days or so. Someone your size probably wont need much clen. For comparison I take 160mcg/day tops and I weigh 225 lbs at 6 foot tall and about 7% or a little lower bodyfat. Clen can have some very nasty sides if you take too much. Some people find the sides so bad that they just cant use it. It works well for me though, if I keep dosage down and spread it out through the day time hours. Take it much past 5 o clock pm and you wont be able to sleep! Not good when youre a teacher and having to get up at 5:30 am!

    Do your anavar and clen . You need help with dosages? OMG! Your probably going to end up in a casket from overdosing clen from heart failure.

    I'll be looking out for a thread by you in a few weeks saying " NEED HELP FAST,SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE ONES WITH INTELLIGENT ADVICE".

    I have done clen before but I didn't stick to it b/c of being a teacher. I get the shakes (Kind of hard to write or eat soup with a spoon..haha) I am hoping it won't be that bad this time but Imma have to stick with it if I want to get the results im looking for. I was also doing a first grade leave at the time now I am a ELA TA for 4th and 5th grade. So I assist teachers or work with small groups. Do you get the shakes on it? Any pointers to stop them or make them milder besides lowering dosage?

    I think I am sticking with this dosage...

    First cycle:
    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg(Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
    Day13: 80 mcg
    Day14: 60 mcgs


    Second cycle:
    Day1: 60mcg
    Day2: 80mcg
    Day3: 80mcg
    Day4: 100mcg
    Day5: 100mcg
    Day6-Day12: 120mcg

    I don't disagree with any of u guys but shes gonna do it anyway. I really don't disagree with anything ur saying but I guess its similar to the idea of sex ed in high schools. do u teach sex ed so kids are educated and do it the right way, even though u may not agree with 14 year olds having sex, or do u completely cut it off and say don't do it even though you know its going to be done. I'd rather see a misguided person be aided than turned lose to find their own way. we're all hear to help even if we don't like a cycle, think someone is an idiot, even if they listen to white snake. even they deserve help, no?

    Exactly on point. I dont feel you should be resorting to using these compounds to improve your physique, but if you insist on jumping on it right now we should offer advice. As far as your dosing regime, very hard to tell if it is going to work for you. YOull just have to try it and see, but I wouldnt go over 80mcg if I were you, especially since you mentioned having trouble last time you used it. Much better to be moderate and use lower doses. As far as getting the shakes, I dont know what you can do to stop that. I do use taurine, an amino acid, at the level of 1 gram for every 40mcg of clen Im using. Take that every day, it will help you to avoid cramps and might help shakes. You can buy that on most health food/supplement sites online. I also like to supplement potassium and extra magnesium too. I used to get cramps in the gym working out until I started these supplements. Plenty of good info on this site about clen to read on.

    I love how a guy can use steriods to become big but if a girl wants to use a supplement to change her body then she gets bashed. Even when their females they know did it and that was ok. You guys are a real piece of work. I guess I have all the info I need and Imma post a pic when I'm done to prove all of you wrong.

    hey sunshine I'm trying to be as positive and suportive as possible. its just that gear was made for guys and a womens body was not taken into consideration. its rough on u guys, ur adding MALE hormones to ur estrogenic body. u also don't have a base and steroids are used when u hit ur natural plateau. I didn't use til I was well over 200 pounds and I'm 5'7". I'm willing to guide u with whatever u need and will give positive, constructive answers.

    Also sunshine you need to consider that "most" guys that are trying to get huge, are doing so as a lifestyle and not just a fad. THis is a way of life for us, we eat, sleep, drink, about it. Our entire day is geared towards fitness. EVERYDAY wether we want to or not, that is our dedication to making our bodies into what we want.
    You are getting negative feedback due to your lack of commitment to thiis point. Your comments are what we base our advice on not just your gender.
    Good luck with whatever you do, but remember, that steroids are not magic. If your diet and training are not correct adn consistant, you will not be happy with or keep your results .

    Sunshine, I know you thinksome of the responses are harsh but I want to tell you that I was you not long ago when I first came to this forum. I came here to get the magic answer for once in my life about loosing my fat! What I learned thanks to the patience of many on this forum is that the men that bodybuild and the women that go into fitness competitions are dedicated beyond my imagination to training and diet, and that it is only once that is perfected, some, not all try tweaking with some help. It is once they have dropped their body fat to a digit i probably will never see. Neither HGH or anavar is going to do a thing for our puggie bodies. When I finially got on a diet of proper nutrition and fitness i lost 10 lbs, and of course once I stopped working out guess what. Im puggie again! But im on my way back on course, weight training and cardio and soon that 10 will be gone again but if there was some miracle out there it is simply the miracle that I get up and go to the gym. Hope this helps.
