interesting read triggers interesting thought/question
G'day guys
all the research I am doing regards my 1st cycle has thrown up an interesting question which - especially from the experienced members amongst you - I would like to gather some insight on.
Now I am very well aware ( I do spend time on research here believe it or not ) of the differences between your "classic" AAS and the GH/HGH/IGF/... etc; family of supplements and the obvious differences in the way they work, their availability and price.
However what I am looking for is the answer to following questions:
is there a particular reason to favour one group (AAS) over the other (GH/HGH/IGF....) for a 1st cycle? ... besides the financial aspect
I ve heard opinions whereas the "GH group" of supplements is supposed to be more beneficial for athletes in explosive sports (martial arts, rugby, etc...) than AAS ... do you share that opinion or regard it as bull****?
Am highly interested to hear from those of you who have experience with both supplement categories - possibly even stacked both for even better results ... looking for all info that you can provide me with -> cycle time, dose, results gained, results kept, sides ..... etc
Once again thanks in advance to all of you taking your time to read this and sharing your knowledge with me.

AAS is used for short term, high return muscle growth. HGH/IGF are used for long term fat reduction, muscle growth and other health related benefits and lower doses and high return muscle growth at much higher doses. If you had done all the research you say you have you would know that.
Cost can be an issue here as HGH is a lot more expensive than AAS and is generally only used by experienced BB's at the higher doses. Low dose is anywhere from 2 iu/day to 8 iu/day. Higher doses can range as high as 18iu/day or even more.
HGH cycles generally run for six months and AAS for three months. These are averages and can and are adjusted depending on needs.
HGH and AAS can be used in conjuction with one another.

thx Kale
- i am aware that GH & HGH are the same, however there are some new members here who don't and therefore I have included both abbrev. in order to prevent ppl from askin "well what about GH then?"
- also know that IGF and GH are totally different compounds and also aim at different receptors, nevertheless i see IGF mentioned a lot more often in conjunction with GH and have therefore allocated it to that group in reference to the Q of "GH/IGF vs AAS for 1st time cycle"
hope i ve been able to shed some light on that issue mate - would still very much appreciate your input on your personal opinion in terms of a 1st time cycle use.
thx mate
