    Cycle question

    I have been on and off for about 2 years now and just now starting to figure things out. I have been on GH for almost 5 months.

    I'm 210 roughly 13% bf
    5'7"

    I'm training with a professional he owns his own shop and used to compete with mid weight pro's. The guy knows his sh*t and is no bull.... Anyhow, don't ask me who because I will not tell you because every board I have gone to seems one jerkoff that says 'so hey who is it?'

    My diet is on par now I'm connsuming roughly 350-400 grams of protein a day and I'm carb cycling and for those who don't know what it is don't ask me look it up online.i

    I'm running 4 iu's of GH blue tops I'm about to switch to hygetropin
    1000mgs a week of test
    25mgs of Proviron EOD
    150 mgs of t-3

    I'm about to switch to

    1000mgs of test prop
    800mgs of EQ
    100mgs Tren EOD
    50mgs of winny EOD

    I want to get to the next level My goal is 240 what do I do to gain 30 pounds?

    You definitely have the right cycle(s) to help you achieve your goal...what's your diet look like? Protein intake looks plentiful...sounds like you probably got your carbs down...how about the calories?

    keep doin what your doin and keep that diet super strong, and your gonna need to bulk up more to get the real gains you need, deca , abombs, eq, tren , stay off winny right now and keep the carbs high for now and then cut, im not saying turn into a slob but you need to stretch the body some, this works for me but if your willing to wait 2-3 yrs stay w/ what your doing, but im sure @13% your not eating 1/2 as much as you should to really gain 30lbs??what i do is simple take your total body weight and multiply by 12 and this will give you what should be your to grow/bulk calories, and to cut take off about 500 calories. and of course use the 40/40/20 split.

    calls are usually 4000-5000 cals I personally don't want to go back to eating a dozen and a half eggs every morn but I don't think I have a choice. Usually 3 shakes a day morning noon and night

    10 egg whites, 50 grams
    1 cup of oatmeal

    4 ius of gh

    shake 40 grams of protein

    12 oz steak lean 60 grams of protein
    3 oz of shrimp
    half a sweet potatoe

    shake 40grams

    4 chicken breasts 72
    half a sweet potatoe

    4 ius of gh

    workout

    shake with a cup of oatmeal for carbs 40 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbs

    3-4 chicken breasts 72 grams of protein
    a cup of broccoli or corn

    usually c cup of nuts or a shake before bed.

    look ok bro just keep on it and it will come and if your gear is solid you will be there soon about 3-4 more cycles i would say and try some igf to change it up after a few more months of hgh?? just a thought?100mcg per day for 6-8 wks 4 off then right back to it. works great and you can bridge cycles w/ it as well.

    where is the fats in your diet?
    maybe use olive oil for cooking your chicken and add flax.

    I agree..everything looks good...maybe be sure to not let your caloric intake drop below 5000 just to be sure.
    Just keep up with what you're already doing and you should be able to reach your goal.
    Patience should pay its dividends.

    No problems I will do. I'm buying some IGF now. So drop the gh or keep on it with the gh? I want to go a year on it then switch it up for a few months. I just got off 1000mgs of deca a blew up like a blimp but I can't stand the bloat on that sh*t the gains are nice but not the bloat I HATE it. I'm buying some EQ and I'll be blowing up vascular as hell!

    I been using coconut oil in everything and peanut oil. Also, when my body craves fat I'll eat cheese and nuts.

    thats great just didnt see it on your diet breakdown, thats great, not really sure if ok to stack gh and igf go to the hg forum and post it to red baron hes the igf/gh god so check it out.

    when you were on deca did you run adex or letro?? cause if i do i run extra anti e to prevent the bloat, but its different for all of us.

    I carry the bloat in my face and zero anti e's because of how it hinders gains.

    I beg to differ. Tren ace has a 3 day half life and winny is active for 48 hours. m,w,f,s, if fine with me. but I appreciate you in put I'll consider the winny but not the tren its not necessary. I have ran tren over about 7 or 8 times for 6-10 week cycles and really know what I'm doing guy, Although it wasn't the only thing I ran I had sides and can't bare to go through trensomnia or the psyche probs. Any other suggestions?
