    Winny/Durabol question. need advise!

    ive recently started a "cycle" of 50mg/ed Winstrol Depot and 100mg/e5d Durabol. ive been doing this for 3 weeks. plan was to do it for 10 weeks

    i know now after reading this forum, and all the good information, that this is not a good "cycle".

    my goal was to lose some bodyfat and gain lean muscle that i would keep, and gain some definition.

    i am 33 6'1" 249lbs. if i had to guess i would say 18-20% bodyfat.

    any input would be highly valued. much respect!
