    Excuse my ignorance

    Excuse my ignorance but can someone explain to me how to frontload?
    I am in the process of starting a cycle and I want to know how this works.Can you bros be so kind to clear this up for mr?

    Basicly you take more the first week or two to get your levels higher much faster. There are different opinions on this, some say dont some say do it.

    one example (same ester)
    week 1: 1 gram test e OR 750mg test e
    week 2: 750mg test e
    weeks3 and on: 500mg test e

    second example (short ester)
    weeks 1-3: test prop 100mg ED
    weeks 4-5: test prop 50mg ED
    1-12 500mg test e 500mg wk
