2nd cycle?
im trying to decide what i should take for my second cycle i want to start in december or january, i am 5'8 190lbs ive been intensely working out for the past 6yrs 4days a week and used my first cycle this summer of test, what do you think would be a good second cycle? and what is the recommended rest time between cycles?

Time on + PCT = the amount of time you should be off. What are your goals, do you want to cut, some lean mass or just going for pure size?

im really sport oriented, rugby, football, baseball etc, n im a little bit undersized with my height so i figured id like to bulk up but a little cut in the process wouldnt be bad,

i am 24 and my bench is about 285 squat around 450 clean around 250 n i weigh 190 right now when i was done with my first cycle i was 200, i want to be about 200-215 bench about 350 squat over 500 and clean 300, those are base weights i want to be at if i can get more i will

If that is you in your avvy..its very hard to tell exactly,but it seems as if your b/f is kindas high(not flaming you) to do a cycle at this point.I would get your diet in check first man, then do a nice lean bulker.

ya i kno it was that pic was from beginning of june when i weighed 200lbs but then i dropped down to 185 n got back up to 200 after my first cycle n now im back down to 190

good job on the weight loss...I would say that your b/f % should be 14 or lower to effectively use gear.....Obviously-the lower the better the results.

alright well i should be at about 18-20 right now i wasnt planning on starting until around christmas so i can get there by then, im trying to figure out what to take now b/c i have to get it soon or i wont be able to get it for a while

yea man..plan it all out now & get your stuff lined up.DONT START until ALL your stuff is in hand(PCT also). get serious on the diet & then get goin.

test e 350 week 10weeks i knew that test was the way to go for the first cycle and that for the first cycle there wasnt as much of a gain expecially with just using test so i already was dieting pretty well so i continued that and just kept hitting the weights and running at first then the weight started to go up n b4 i knew it i was back up to around 200lbs after the last week, my bench went up about 25lbs n my squat went up about 30-40

Then you did pretty good bro..why dont you try testE at 500mg's a week for 10 weeks and kick start it with prop for the first 4 weeks...you should very well there....But what are your goals before I say anything else.

what do u guys suggest for my next cycle? ive been checking into it and it seems ive been finding somewhat the same thing but slightly different ammounts each time 1-4 d-bol 30 mg ed 1-10 deca 200 ew 1-12 test e 300 ew n i dont kno if that is to much for me being only my second? u think you could give me some ideas?

I just gave you one bro...you can kick start with the dbol for 4 weeks aswell..while you do 500mgs of TestE a week for ten weeks.For a kick start dbol or prop will be fine..

im weighin about 190 right now that pic is from beginning of summer pre cycle, a couple my buddies im going in on it with r saying that deca is where its at cuz it last longer n stuff n that the test wont hold as well

so....big max gave you a good idea then....test & kick start w prop or dbol for 4 weeks. depending on how long you wanted to run the cycle you could swtich back to prop & add winny for the last 4-5 weeks of the cycle to help lean you out...YOUR DIET IS KEY!!!

The Test E at 500/week for 10-12 weeks with a kickstart of you choice for the first 4 as suggested by Bigmax would be the way to go here.
Just make sure you have ALL PCT compounds on hand before you start the cycle
