acne blemishes HELP

ok ive been off for awhile of my tren /prop cycle,i did pct and everything and have been clean for like 3 months, i got acne bad on my back but i took acne meds and they went away but now i have these ****en red dots on my back and there taking forever to go away, i looked them up and they r called "acne blemishes" and say they take 6 months to go away, anyone else have this problem? can i take any meds/cremes for them to go away? this is ****en killin me help plzs/

For blemishes, try creams such as tazorac or retin a micro, wash with a good bodyscrub and laufa the area then wash with Nizoral shampoo that will begin to help alot
