    keep gains

Do you keep much of the muscles that you have gained from a test cycle?
What aas is best to take if you want to keep most of the muscles that you have gained, if you only do like one or two cycles in your life?

TBH I would say the key factor to keeping gains is correct PCT!!

aaahhh....the wonderful ironic sound of a person who thinks they can do only one or two cycles ane be satisfied!! You'll be back...beleive me...

As for your question i would say do a clean bulk while you cycle dont do what many do and just add on many useless pounds, try to make it as clean as you can so that your gains are solid and not just water and fat. Then why not start a good creatine during PCT and even after? This will bridge well so you actually keep gaining.

A good pct protocol, diet and training will help to keep the gains from cycling, dedication/motivation are also excellent tools for keeping on top of your game
