damn you are pretty big, i dont want to get that big i just want to get to atleast 185 and stay there without having to use steroids just taking the proper protein, working out and a good diet.

mods need to review posts like realtalk make, they are pointless and a waste of time which would be better spent actually answering the original bros question

I only joined this site because I have come to a halt my friend and I we found this site and thought it would be a good idea. I am 5' 11" 245 19"arms solid
I am trying to take my physique to another level after doing reasearch for months my buddy and I decided it would be a good idea to come here and compare notes thats all tht is my whole reson for being here
