    Post Protein Shakes Or Creatine

    i am going to start my cycle,should i take protein shakes or creatine or both.

    Best thing to do is not start your cycle until you have read up on diets in the diet forum, protien is a key tool for building muscle tissue and should be consumed every 2-3 hours, creatine can be used during cycle or save it for pct.

    thanks Marcus, that is just how i was taking both, just wanted some reasurance from someone who has been doing this for a while.

    Take the protein daily about 100gor more depending on ur size,weight
    1.If you are starting a cycle or just working out hard u need protein
    2.If you are on a cycle(or just lifting period) and you dont take protein, then u will gain nothing, your body will eat your muscles for fuel.
    PROTEIN IS WHAT UR BODY USES TO MAKE MUSCLE SIMPLE FACT
    EVERYONE ON THE BOARD WILL BACK ME HERE.
    personally i would throw the creatine away but other people might claim it will help u a little.
    You should know this dude, im no expert but it sounds like you just started exersizing and u need to make gains without roids then when you get stuck at a standstill in your gains, u take roids to keep your gains coming.

    I haven't started a cycle bigmax just wanted to know more about the estro blocker man it's hard to get clear answers around here and no offence taken im new

    Realtalk..not sure I understand your question???Thread is about a guy asking if he should use protein shakes ,creatine or both while ON cycle...that tells us he probably has no biz doing AAS...cause research will tell him that he needs a good amount of protein during cycle and sometimes it all cant come from meals.

    well i would work out every now and then when i was younger and would get no where then i considered steroids and after doing some research and talking to a friend of mine that used them and worked for him i tried them and damn was there a difference i was doing great i had gained 15 pounds of size and my strengh improved alot but then i fractured my ankle playing basketball( i do alot of running so my body fat is low) then i just quite working out. so now i am going to hit it hard again and just want some input.Thanks

    it is kind of hard when you are doing all these on your own, and i just want to make sure that i am doing everything right. i do know about protein and creatine just want to make sure.

    ok it's done what I want to know is I just started taking no2
    with my creatin,and protien ok. good idea or not and I want to know is taking a estrogen blocker a good idea also.

    You need to get your diet tight before you even think of using gear. I shoot for 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight. If your diet is not in order and u start your cycle u will get what u think are "results" but really what u will be getting is mostly water retention and the inevitable strength increase that comes with aas usage. If you want real gains you need to have your diet tight as well as a good training routine and lots of rest...

    so i guess that i have been doing everything right cause when i started working out seriously and hard, i started taking the 2 grams of protein for the pound of body weight and i have allways watched what i eat and i do alot of running. and then i saw big results well atleast for me

    Well keep doing that and try to get as many gains as possble BEFORE you start anything bro...trust me you will make even better gains this way.

    The correct amount of protein,carbs, and good fats is the key to success... on cycle or off it all comes back to a good sound diet

    HE is askin if he should take creatine and protien with the cycle hes starting.

    big max I am currently taking creatin, protien, and just started no2
    I just got hip to the l-arginine through a doctor a few months ago
    can I put more l-arginine into the mix of this and also what about the estro blockers can they help boost natural test levels in the body

    My First Cycle

    this was my first cycle let me know if you guys think that i should chang it.
    it was a 10 week cycle i would take 500 mg sostenom 250 and 100 mg of decca a week and ate and drank all the protein that i thought my body needed and also took come creatine a day and i saw good results i think that for sure i need to up the decc ro atleast 200 mg a week. what do you guys think?
